The position will be under the direction of the Finance Director and Program Manager / Agency Project Manager. The primary focus of this position will be ensuring that the financial requirements are documented and that business needs are communicated and coordinated between finance, IT, and the vendor. Project Manager Responsibilities Assist with the development, planning, and implementation of PeopleSoft Financials. Understands business and technical objectives of the project and works closely with the project sponsor, vendor, and IT Project Manager. Document risks and issues and develops mitigation plans. Assist in Documenting high-level functional and business requirements and processes. Identify current and future business reporting needs. Creates and implements a communication plan to project sponsor, vendor, IT Project Manager, and other stakeholders. Negotiates resources between multiple divisions. Provide PeopleSoft Financials expertise to project team members. Coordinate and document user acceptance testing Required Skills: * Experience with using Oracle PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 or 9.2 * Accounting Experience related to General Ledger * Experience with PeopleSoft Implementations * Project Management Experience Desired Skills: * Experience working in an Agile environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
