Provide, and remove access to sandbox for users and departments. • Manage user accounts in Box and generate report(s) to identify license consumption by each agency/user group. • Troubleshooting problems with Box software, and communicating findings, investigative research, and resolution • Supplier will accept and resolve problems, requests and changes through the VITA Customer Care Center and the incident management system. • Manage enterprise settings for global security, encryption, device trust, content sharing and notifications. • Support document collaboration including: - Support users in file management and content search - Download site wide documents and folders for compliance reasons - Search for files and folders across your organization - Move files between folders due to organization change - Permanently delete files and folders based on authorization • Should be able to work from office for at least 3 days a week.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
