Description: " Leads identification and implementation of configuration changes to packaged software applications so that they meet business process requirements. Leads planning and implementation of all actions required to deploy the application both technically and functionally. Realizes maximum benefit for a customer through planning, estimating, managing and delivering one or more projects within a program while mitigating risks. Manages the tracking and reporting on key solution delivery metrics. Assists in creating the direction and scope of projects and is responsible for sustaining an environment that optimizes individual and team contributions in order to create value for a customer. Leads a 6-12 person development team or a 8-16 person maintenance team. " Function/Technical Support: o Incident Management - Incident Management comprises services to process unexpected operational events with the primary objective of returning service to customers as quickly as reasonably possible. o Problem Management (Trending, RCA, etc.) - Problem Management is the process used to identify the root cause of incidents and identify steps to permanently remedy the incidents to prevent a recurrence. Accenture will be primarily responsible for managing the Problem Management process for the service and working with our internal teams and third parties to confirm that root cause issues are identified and resolved. o Preventative Maintenance - Preventive Maintenance is the regular analysis of the application in order to mitigate the potential for future errors, and initiation and implementation of corresponding changes in order to mitigate the potential of them from occurring. o Service Request Management - Service requests are standard tasks of low risk and well-known that can include also standard changes. They differ from incidents in that they do not record a failure or defect in the IT systems. They are pre-documented and pre-authorized and follow pre-defined procedures or work instructions. o Configuration Management - The goal of configuration management is to identify, control and verify configuration items (e.g., application versions, components, configuration, and documentation).
