Job Description Analyst: Court Business Processes, Court Data, Bachelor Degree In Computer Science, IIBA Certified Business Analyst

Client : Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)

Description :

With the publication of this Work Request, the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) solicits Responses from firms interested in providing highly skilled, experienced (Senior-level) Business Analysts with a minimum of five (5) continuous years of business analysis, business process, management and/or requirements engineering experience. With the immediate need for the augmented staff for the INH EDE Project, AOC intends to award a contract for one (1) contracted Business Analyst as a result of this Work Request.

Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely allied field and minimum of five (5) continuous years of business analysis, business process, management and/or requirements engineering experience. or An Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely allied field and minimum of eight (8) continuous years of business analysis, business process, management and/or requirements engineering experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in documenting business requirements, business processes, and system specifications using standardized templates.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on complex technology integration projects.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing business requirements to determine and document solutions and information needs.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing complete business analysis over at least two (2) projects (from project initiation through project rollout).
- Current certification in Business Analysis from IIBA or other repute professional organization.
- Experience in court business processes and court data.

Desired Skills :

- Experience interacting and communicating professionally with diverse groups of people, user groups, and customer for facilitating business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Knowledge and experience in use of requirements management and tracking tools such as IBM Rational product suite.
