In addition, to accomplish this specific project, WAHBE seeks a Resource with the following experience and qualifications: • Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies • Ability to review and write queries using Structural Query Language (SQL) • Working knowledge of JIRA DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES Resource will provide services, tools, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below: • Work with the Scrum Team on developing solution requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, automation test items, and other supporting requirements) to address RFC objectives. • Support Product Owner in maintaining and understanding the Teams Backlog. • Support fit/gap analysis of functional system requirements. • Support Scrum Team in reviewing the design documentation to ensure it is current, accurate, and maintained throughout sprints. • Contribute to development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate. • Actively participate in change management activities. • Works with Project Manager/Lead Product Owner/Lead Scrum Master to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Support and assist with the planning and execution of interface and data conversion design, development, testing and implementation. • Cross-functional Scrum Team player who will step in, as needed, for testing, product owner, or other functions. Business Systems Analyst 1 (BSA-1) – Functional Analyst Resource Minimum Requirements This Resource serves as a cross-functional functional analyst on a Scrum team or Shared Service Team responsible for reviewing system issues and design changes. Services include the intake, triage, and the analysis processes associated with system issue management. 1. Primary Resource Services A. Issue Analysis: • Perform analysis and quality assurance on all work order requests and other incidents submitted through system issue management processes. • Coordinate data correction associated with system issues, assuring best practices are followed with stakeholder involvement. • Identify areas for improvement and add relevant entries to the problem database (DB). • Accept proactive problems from any contributor and add them to the problem DB for assessment. • Create and deliver external content regarding product deficiencies. • Support business and IT to refine operating processes and procedures to deliver solutions and services more efficiently. • Undertake post incident reviews and produce associated documentation and tasks. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of product delivery and operations. • Notify the appropriate support structure that there is a problem and need for assistance. • Collection, analysis, and correlation of data to determine and isolate the cause of the problem. • Perform activities to recover, workaround or circumvent the problem, and notify to the affected clients of action taken. • Assign ownership for resolving problems and the follow-up activity to ensure that the goals for problem resolution are being met.
