Systems Analysts will be at a Journey, Senior, or Expert level] Description: Project Scope of work: The selected Contractor will work with the HBEAssociate Director of IT Services & Operations, Exchange IT Project Manager and the Systems Integrator Project Manager, or their designees, as required to provide Systems Analysis Services (including, but not limited to, development, coordination, reviews, advice, directions and reporting on Project assessments), Software Quality Assurance and Testing (including, but not limited to, integration testing, user acceptance testing, software assurance, reliability testing), or other duties as assigned. Required Skills: * All Systems Analysis Personnel have a minimum of five (5) years experience providing Systems Analysis services on majorIT Projects ($3 million or greater). * All Software Quality Assurance Personnel have a minimum of three (3) years experience providing Software Quality Assurance service on major IT Projects (3 million or greater). * All Personnel have a minimum of Two (2) years experience providing said Services on government information systems Project(s). * All Personnel being proposed for this engagement must have provided IT Project Systems Analysis Services on Projects of similar size and complexity within the past three (3) years. Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with the operation of Washington State Government * Experience providing Systems AnalysisServices for enterprise type initiatives. * Knowledge and experience with state health care or Medicaid systems. * Knowledge of Washington State legislative process. * Knowledge of federal IT Project management requirements. * Experience with federal government contracting, program/IT Project oversight, performance monitoring and interpretation of federal guidelines, rules and regulations * Experience providing same category ofServices to IT Projects with federal grants or funding and audit and reporting requirements compliance * Personnel should have demonstrated experience providing AnalysisServices consultation for large service oriented solutions in an agile-like incremental development environment for custom development, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution Projects.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
