Job Description Developer: Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, Business Requirements, Systems Analysis, System Design System Architecture Softwa

*Description:
*Client anticipates 2 contractor staff developers are required to perform the programming needed to maintain, enhance, or develop computer systems.
*Required Skills:
*Contractor staff proposed must have the following skills and experience:
*Experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements;
*Senior level experience validating business and technical requirements;
*Senior level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;
*Experience developing software applications for governmental agencies;
*Experience in n-tier software architecture and development;
*Experience using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server;
*Experience developing Web/Server based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, frameworks 2.0, 3.5 and 4.5;
*Experience developing user interfaces for web based applications using JavaScript.
*Experience developing databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012;
*Experience with WebSphere, MQ Series and data interfaces;
*Experience in systems development working in a team environment;

*In addition, L&I prefers Contractor staff also have the following skills and experience:
*Senior level experience software quality assurance & testing;
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal
and external business and technical representatives, and executive management;
*Experience as a technical lead, coaching and mentoring junior programs and/or software development teams;
*Contractor must be located on site and be able to work team compatible hours,
*Experience using Crystal Reports Enterprise for report generation
