Method of Compensation Compensation for services will be on an hourly basis, not to exceed a total of fifty five thousand dollars ($55,000) inclusive of travel, lodging, and other] Project Scope Of Work and General Information • Provide senior-level analytical, design, development, testing, implementation, and initial production support services. OSPI staff will be available for analysis, design and testing functions. • Provide requirement specifications, application code, test cases and scripts, test results, user documentation, training material, and implementation plans. • Provide weekly status reports as required by the projects Project Manager. • Design and develop new data gathering and reporting processes to meet the needs of OSPI. • Participate in OSPI project team activities, especially as they relate to both business (functional) and technical (non-functional), testing, training, and implementation activities. • Work collaboratively with OSPI to identify business and technical requirements not currently met and to implement solutions to issues with technical functionality. • Assist the Project Manager in defining and documenting the critical issues and provide recommendations on meeting specific requirements. • Participate in the development of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform testing, capturing of test evidence, and facilitate review and acceptance of test results. Qualifications- Mandatory and Highly Desirable Experience and Qualifications a. Mandatory Experience and Qualifications for proposed candidates: • Senior to expert level .net developer with at least 5 years of IT experience. • Architecting and describing technical solutions to functional and non-functional system requirements. • Proven ability to create a Data Model for use in Web applications • Proven ability to develop formal requirement deliverables utilizing use case models. • Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test and collect test evidence. • Proven ability to create public facing user interface. • Proven ability to work with processes for the review, negotiation, and acceptance of formal project deliverables. • Designing and documenting hardware, software and network solutions for application systems. • .NET programming. • MSSQL Administration and Performance Tuning • Interfaces and remote upload processes. . 3.
