Sharing court case information across the state is complicated as different jurisdictions use different Case Management Systems (CMS). The INH project was established to help bridge this gap and make information sharing easier by establishing a consolidated repository of court information and making a set of exposed “Services” or transaction interfaces available to the States CMS portfolio. The INH Enterprise Data Repository (EDR) project is bred from these project initiatives. *Required Skills: *Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely allied field and five (5) years of continuous documented testing experience. (OR) *An Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely allied field and eight (8) additional years of continuous documented testing experience. *Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing test plans and test cases, executing test scripts, identifying and resolving test defects and reporting on test results. *Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and testing .NET/Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and C# solutions. *Minimum of five (5) years of experience in analyzing project technical and business requirements to determine and document test strategies and testing needs. *Minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing complete testing for at least 2 (two) projects (from project initiation through project implementation) *Desired Skills: *Experience in developing solutions using .NET/WCF, C#, SQL databases and SQL Server. *Experience with OData/OAuth, Octopus and Team City development tools. *Experience with or knowledge of court business processes and court data. *Knowledge and experience in the use of defect and code management and tracking tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and IBM Rational ClearQuest *Experience interacting professionally with diverse groups of people, user groups, and business customers for understanding business processes   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
