Audits moderately complex new and existing database systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate and that standardized processes are in place to support business unit needs. 2-4 years Typical Day in the Role Data Entry on large projects; General administration Facilitates the ongoing success of various projects via order creation and data entry tasks. Ensures effective ongoing communication throughout various projects. Meets with key managers to coordinate meetings, assignments and deadlines. Communicates changes to appropriate parties. Identifies issues and resolves or escalates them as appropriate. May participate in any phase of the project cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training and closure. May represent business unit, department or functional area on cross-functional project teams. Tracks progress towards achievement of project goals. Maintains project documentation and prepares activity reports on the projects status, timeline and budgets. This worker will perform data entry in excess of our teams ability to process, in service of Capital initiative projects. The CW will work in data entry in our proprietary Capital Management systems. Deliverable will be based upon project timelines, of which the CW will likely be responsible for several. Extension is most likely – converting most likely not. This team is growing and looking to grow in FY 20 – so there may be a possibility for this person to be apart of the team as a partner. All data entry work 60% straight data entry from a spreadsheet 40% ability to report against that information – providing suppliers lists of things they have provided. Will not attend a lot of meetings – maybe 1 30 min meeting a week, so they have awareness of the cadence. Not doing daily standups. Not much interaction with the bigger team, more of a heads down role. High capacity for repetitive data entry. Ability to multitask in a frequently ambiguous setting. Microsoft Excel familiarity.
