Supports data management, analysis and reporting on IoT data from store equipment. This position contributes to the clients success by ensuring timely, accurate, comprehensive and consistent data analysis and reporting by applying business system and analytics knowledge to create automated report production and meaningful analyses to meet business unit objectives. Typical Day in the Role Leads the design and development of business processes for more advanced scorecards and reporting that provide comprehensive data and metrics to key stakeholders. Identifies, initiates, and drives innovative improvements for changes in reporting systems and processes to continuously optimize efficiencies and find a way to solve previously unsolvable problems. Oversees testing and business requirements gathering on new, more complex enhancements Responsible for addressing more complex adhoc requests from business users Takes the initiative to research and learn new systems/processes that can further optimize work and solve problems, and leads the integration into existing systems/processes Extracts data from various databases, performs exploratory data analysis, cleanses and aggregates data, creates visual representations of analytic insights and summaries of methodology, and presents to stakeholders. Applies basic statistical concepts and descriptive statistics to understand and describe relationships in data Participates in and/or leads cross-functional teams using standard project management tools and techniques, and ensures effective integration and sustainment through development and distribution of appropriate content reports and sound financial management support. Mentors other team members to develop their skills and help in the design and development of new business processes or optimizing current ones.
