Job Description Developer: Business Requirements, Technical Requirements, System Analysis, Modeling System Architecture Software Ap

*Description:
The Client is currently seeking up to 8 Contractor Staff to provide services related to new and existing applications.

*Required Skills:
*Client Server, Web & N-Tier Application Development
The web development experience with a high degree of expertise in Object
Oriented programming construction using C#.Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Visual Studio.NET 2008, 2012, Javascript,
jQuery, XML, HTML, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), preprocessors (SASS or LESS), CSS3/HTML5, Microsoft Internet
Server, SQL Server, Websphere MQ Series, Websphere TX, Microsofts message queuing (MSMQ) 8 and 8.5.

*Experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements;
*Senior level experience validating business and technical requirements;
*Senior level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;
*Experience developing software applications for governmental agencies;
*Experience in n-tier software architecture and development;
*Experience using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server;
*Experience developing Web/Server based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, frameworks 2.0,
3.5 and 4.5;
*Experience developing user interfaces for web based applications using JavaScript.
*Experience developing databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012;
*Experience with WebSphere, MQ Series and data interfaces;
*Experience in systems development working in a team environment;
*Experience in producing system documentation, including written documentation and flow diagrams.

*General Mainframe Development
ADABAS, CICS, JCL, CA7, VSAM, Clist, COBOL, Dyl280, TSO and
IOF.

*Experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements;
*Expert Level (8 years) Knowledge AND experience leading, facilitating, and performing system analysis and
design sessions;
*Expert level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;
*Experience developing software applications for governmental agencies;
*Experience in systems development working in a team environment;
*Expert level experience software quality assurance & testing;
*Experience in producing system documentation, including written documentation and flow diagrams.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams,
internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management;
*Experience as a technical lead, coaching and mentoring other programmers and/or software development
teams;
*Contractor must be located on site and be able to work team compatible hours.

*Desired Skills:
*Client Server, Web & N-Tier Application Development
*Expert or Senior level experience with software quality assurance & testing;
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams,
internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management;

*Experience with using Enterprise level Reporting tools like Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services,
