Description :

GENERAL: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Experienced with business processing and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and reengineering. Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 4-7 years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

UW SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Provide business process expertise within the PeopleSoft HCM environment including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Finance.
2) Develop and recommend business process efficiencies, particularly within the Absence Management module.
3) Problem-solve and detailed system analysis work requiring comprehensive business knowledge and interpretation of policies, business rules, and regulations, and / or pay plan provisions.
4) Analysis and resolution of transaction adjustments in HCM.
5) Analysis and documentation of business processes in HCM as they pertain to the Absence Management module.
6) Execution of test scripts, and evaluation and documentation of test results.
