This position will help lead other developers in analyzing requests, deciding if solution can be provided by in-house staff or by the vendor, creating specifications, estimates, test plans, and implementation steps. Skills needed: Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills is required along with excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience supporting vendor (COTS) packages is needed. Extensive experience with SQL and PL/SQL functions is required. Experience with code repository tools such as SVN and working knowledge in XML.XSLT is required. Knowledge of .NET and/or JAVA programming would be beneficial but not required (vendor package is written in .NET). Experience or knowledge with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is also desired.
