Current development is focused on e-Commerce, online document filing, and replacement of legacy applications. Technologies currently implemented include .Net, C#, Visual Basic 6.0/ASP, SQL Server, Python scripting, and related web development tools and products. Testing tools currently in use include Selenium, Microsoft Team Foundation Server and JIRA. The selected contractor will work as a member of the testing team and will provide documentation of test plans, test cases, and will perform hands-on testing of applications. Candidates with a working knowledge of Microsoft web development products and tools, troubleshooting and problem documentation and resolution skills, and excellent customer service skills will receive first consideration. Responsibilities will include some or all of the following: • Develop and maintain test plans. • Develop manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, and system testing. • Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests. • Document and apply best practices for software quality assurance. • Test application performance and security. • Review new or modified applications to determine if the application meets the requirements/specifications. • Develop testing related procedures, methodologies, metrics, checklists, and standards. • Identify variance from established standards and suggest modifications to conform to standards. • Log bugs/issues via an issue tracking tool, and help determine priority of reported bugs. • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing. **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED REQUIRED SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE ** REQUIRED SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE MUST BE COMPLETED AND INCLUDED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
