The candidate will be a strong technical leader working on Data Integration, Data Warehouse, and BI Report Development projects, gathering & documenting requirements, performing analysis, designing solutions to meet business objectives, developing specifications, developing ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter, developing universes and reports using SAP Business Objects, testing, and implementing solutions. Understand user requirements, and implement solutions that ensure requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables. Seek continuous improvement in performance & tuning and ensure security of data. Proven methodology experience for complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and on budget. Work with other IT technical teams and Business users to understand requirements, and recommend & implement solutions. Work with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment performing a variety of complex tasks. Requires advanced skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Typically requires 7 - 9 years experience or equivalent education. Ideal candidate will have experience designing BI solutions, with development experience using Informatica PowerCenter and SAP Business Objects. DW & BI Knowledge and Skills Required for the position: 1. Data warehouse/data marts using Kimball & Inmon methodologies 2. Informatica PowerCenter V10.1 3. SAP Business Objects universe and report design/development - V 4.1 4. Xcelcius Dashboard design and development 5. Crystal Reports 6. Infoburst 7. Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server 8. Complex SQL development 9. Dimensional Data Modeling - Star Schemas 10. Slowly Changing Dimensions 11. Requirements gathering and documentation 12. Test plan development and testing execution 13. Project development life cycle process (i.e., planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, support 14. Excellent written and oral communications 15.
