Description : Position overview: Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on VoIP phone system upgrades and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of Cisco networking and troubleshooting a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected.
