This person will perform the following duties: 1. Analyze and assess the current system capabilities,functions and requirements 2. Meet with key stakeholders, both business and technical to discuss requirements 3. Document the technical and business functional requirements 4. Prioritize and document all key functions In addition to the above, the analyst will also: 1. Assess all current egrant forms 2. Define modular components for form redesigns 3. Document and define all technical and business functional requirements as it relates to egrants forms There may be process writing, procedure development and related functions too, dependent on the results of the analysis above. KSAS Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: • Ability in problem solving and critical thinking • Experience in technical documentation writing • Experience in process mapping / planning • Ability to analyze and assess multiple data points • Ability to work independently • Knowledge of enterprise class application suites • Knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. • Experience in: Word, Visio, MS Project, Excel • Familiarity with application development concepts • Awareness of IT Infrastructure • Ability in Customer Service • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills in both technical and functional arenas • State government experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
