Description : --------------------------------------------- This role works under general supervision from the director of the Office of Enterprise Initiatives (OEI) and is a key position within the organization providing business process analysis. The primary responsibilities include clarifying responsibility for the processes, clearly defining process boundaries, and establishing process measurements for effective management and improvement opportunities. As the Business Process Analyst, this position will evaluate, monitor, and control business processes across the organization ensuring that outcomes are in harmony with the organizations strategic goals. The focus is on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and assist the organization in meeting its business objectives and goals. This position will work collaboratively across all areas of the organization to help improve the management of business processes. In addition, this role is a change agent and empowered to think differently about all our business processes. This will be achieved by working with colleagues, through collaboration and strong communication, analytical assessment of the potential to improve the design and implementation of new ways of working helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of process management, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. Position Duties Facilitation and coordination of business process and systems analysis • Facilitate and coordinate business process and systems analysis projects and initial scoping and submittal to ETFs portfolio committee ensuring the cross-functional impacts and any required coordination/integration and resource allocation has been identified. • Proactively identify opportunities for process, system, or other enhancements that may help the business mitigate operational risk, reduce waste and bottlenecks, and/or achieve its business goals. • Partner with business to ensure broad understanding and approval of future state solution, documentation relating to workflow process, and detailed procedures prior to implementation. • Develop end-user training materials, in partnership with the transition/change manager, and assist with the coordination of user training, if needed. • Serve as an internal expert with regards to the integrated end-to end processes, controls, and solutions employed by ETF to manage the business. • Participation on the Business Process and Analysis (BPA) Center of Excellence and Project Management (PM) Center of Excellence. • Provide direction and training to other staff in the use of BPM, facilitation, business analysis and tools, techniques, metrics, standards, and best practices used in process improvement. • Promote, recommend revisions to, and lead the development of BPM policies, processes/procedures, standards/guidelines, and tools/templates for OEI and the enterprise, ensuring consistency and repeatability. • Monitor BPM processes, tools, standards, guidelines, and templates for adherence to industry and ETF-specific standards. • Create common ground between OEI, business units and IT services to ensure a common understanding of process improvement initiatives and have the requirements and information to assist in implementation as applicable. • Strive for continuous process improvement through identifying root cause of problems and developing solutions, providing m   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
