Description : ------------------------------------------------------ This role is responsible for the following: 1. Provides direction for the mapping of business processes using advanced process-mapping methodologies 2. Business Requirement and data flow gathering, documenting, communicating 3. Performs complex data analyses and reporting 4. Help coordinate activities between cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and vendors 5. Ensure business requirements are met and solutions are efficient and accurate 6. Help educate and enforce Workday methodologies with other team members 7. Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycle 8. Designs, develops, and implements complex data reporting and business intelligence systems 9. Provides advanced procedural and technical guidance to unit staff regarding technology usage and management 10. Help educate team members and stakeholders about testing needs and assist in developing test cases 11. Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards, and policies Required skills: 5+ year of experience working in Workday HCM or Financial Management 10+ years of experience of Business analysis Experience working in Finance, Human Resources, and/or Research Administration Experience collaborating with stakeholders to learn about and document business processes Experience on cross-functional teams of diverse individuals Experience in analysis, design, and/or implementation of human resources, financial or research administration business processes Experience working with ERP systems(s) Experience performing complex system utilization, data analysis and reporting Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data and information into presentations and materials Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties Preferred skills: Experience working in a higher education setting Experience working in Finance, Human Resources, and/or Research Administration Experience working with an ERP system implementation - Finance, Human Resources, and/or Research Administration Ability to diagnose and solve highly complex problems with larger ERP systems.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
