The DNR has a strategic plan to decommission applications used by Human Resources, Finance and Fleet. Many of these applications below are not being updated but are still needed to retrieve historical data for both state and federal audits and compliances. Its extremely important to have a contractor with experience in the platforms we are supporting, our applications and the knowledge of the data. Expertise in Supporting Data Feeds Beyond the decommissioning of applications that were replaced by PeopleSoft or DET we have software requirements by our internal division to support. The Systems Section is responsible for supporting data feeds for the Forms Catalog, Wildlife Managements LMS and Active Directory. Similar as above, we need expertise in platforms such as, Oracle Database, SQL Loader, Linux and PS Query to meet these requirements. Technical Support and Development Skills Development – Automated Condition Statement We have approval by DNRs administration to develop a system in .Net to track our agencys account balances. An Automated Condition Statement will allow us to report to outside constituents, federal agencies, legislators, and Legislative Fiscal Bureau on account balances in the conservation fund and environmental fund. Timely reporting of these accounts are required by Snowmobile and ATV council, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and federal and state regulations (2CFR200). Support of Staff Directory Continued upgrades and support is needed to maintain the Staff Directory in its platform, .net. This system is used to track employees expertise, organizational charts, and work bench. In FY19 we will be redirecting the data feed from HRS to PeopleSofts TL_INT_12 (Bio/Demo File). In additional to the change in the data feed we will need to update; ? Safely Shoes – Comp Plan ? Stop Card – DPM, Comp Plan, and DNRs Manual Code ? Work Bench o LTE Hours o DMC Nominations o DERA pay comparisons PeopleSoft Queries The System Section develops and maintains HCM and Finance queries in PeopleSoft. The security to this module is very limited and any development done improperly can result in production shutdowns.
