Description : Job Description We have an immediate opening at the department of client for a developer to participate in our Data Management Program and on our Business Intelligence team. The main responsibilities for this position are to perform data analysis and develop visualizations and reports that support business outcomes. This position will work on a small, collaborative team that uses agile practices to deliver value to our business partners. Core Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Experience gathering & understanding user requirements, designing solutions, developing, testing, and implementing solutions that ensure requirements are achieved through high quality deliverables. • Experience performing data analysis on complex data sets. • Experience with dashboard design, full life cycle management, and the application of best practices including use of visual design principles. • Experienced in data storytelling. • Experience with quality assurance and developing standards to certify visualizations and data sources for production use • Experience with Power BI or Tableau. • Experience using complex SQL with relational databases. • Proven ability to provide mentoring to others on dashboard development, usability, user experience design and design best practices. • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent, 3 to 6-month dashboard design and development projects. • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others and to interact with individuals at all levels. • Ability to work productively with cross-functional working groups and across organizational layers. • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaborating, and team building. • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
