Must be a Wisconsin Resident Dscription : The Department of Corrections, (DOC) Bureau of Technology Management (BTM) finds a need to contract an experienced Project Manager III (Technical Scrum Master/Technical Business Liaison) for our low-code team. This position will focus on analysis, testing, troubleshooting, requirements gathering for our development processes related to RAD (Rapid Application Development). This position will demonstrate experience in customer collaboration and excellent communication skills to work on strategic technology business opportunities for our business users. Requires a strong technology background and ability to partner with the business to understand specific business processes, identify and communicate resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology. This role will be working closely with DOC business customers and cross functional BTM teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who is flexible, detail-oriented, thrives on ambiguity and can drive results across cross-functional groups. One of the key focus areas for this position will be on mobility solutions for WIDOC as part of the low-code platform. Under the direction of the BTM Manager, the Project Manager III will be responsible for planning out the task assignments based on the overall business architecture design for the low-code solutions. This position will lead the team in the weekly sprints along with the Application Architect for deploying rapid solutions in the areas of web and mobility. This position will assist and provide the guidance from a business persepctive in transforming the APIs and microservices that are consumed by our low-code integration platform. These assignments are key to providing future mobility solutions for our business. This position requires three primary focus areas; (1) Fundamental skills in problem solving and communication, (2) Strong understanding of rapid application development using the OutSystems platform, and (3) Business Analysis skills in decision-making and analytical. These task assignments are required in order to support the transformation effort of technology solutions in short timeframes. Tools and techniques used in this position include, but are not limited to are the following: CORE COMPETENCIES: ? Participate in the design, build, test and deploy applications that provide business solutions. ? Assist in managing the developer sprints for application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities. ? Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and to answer questions/clarifications. ? Identify and mitigate risk/issues and escalate to manager / architect / tech lead as required. ? Proficiency with MS Collaboration tools (i.e., SharePoint, Teams) ? Ability to prioritize and multi-task with strong problem resolution skills ?
