Description :

Security Account Administrator

This position is part of the IT Security Account Administration Team, which manages DNR staff IT
accounts and mailboxes.

Accounts and management apps are hosted on the DNR network, on Department of Administration

Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) systems and by cloud providers.
Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that work is appropriately authorized. Share account and other sensitive information
only with authorized staff.
2. Provision, manage and deprovision staff IT accounts working with multiple applications and with
teams throughout the DNR.
3. Add and remove computer accounts on the DNR network.
4. Resolve problems with staff IT accounts.
5. Manage staff mailbox features that are delegated by DET. Work may include mailbox
deprovisioning and managing Exchange mail objects such as distribution lists and shared
mailboxes.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
7. Demonstrated experience and ability to provision and deprovision staff IT accounts in an
accurate, timely manner.
8. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and priorities.
9. Demonstrated experience and ability to use relevant apps such as ticket systems, provisioning
and deprovisioning programs, Active Directory, Acrobat and Office suite.
10. Demonstrated experience managing staff mailboxes.
11. Ability to analyze and effectively resolve problems with DNR staff IT accounts and mailboxes.
12. Ability to partner effectively with key teams in IT, HR and other programs throughout the DNR.
13. Ability to partner effectively with key technical partners in the DNR and partner agencies.
14. Ability to work respectfully and effectively with staff who have varied backgrounds and levels of
IT knowledge. Most work with customers is remote.
15. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange on-line and Azure Active Directory concepts.
16. Must pass an Agency background check that incudes criteria prescribed by the WI Department
of Justice criteria for Criminal Justice Information Systems including fingerprinting
