Job Description: Communications Lead needed to assist the Change Manager and Change Leads with the strategy for Milwaukee County Mosaic Project (ERP). Were looking for someone who is passionate about communicating large-scale change efforts and has a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Individual must possess the ability to understand and balance user needs, tool capabilities, and best-in-class processes. Experience in communicating large-scale organization change efforts and must possess the skills to communicate at all levels within the organization. Responsibilities: • Support the design, development, delivery and management of MOSIAC communications for the County. • Assist the Change Management Leads and functional team leads to write-up the submissions to the PMO & Executive Steering Committee • Provide regular updates to the Change Manager on the deployment of the Communication strategies for the project • Lead execution of the Communication Plan that helps drive employee engagement on for the change efforts • Work with Change Management Leads, Change Manager, and PMO (when requested) to track and monitor Change Strategy and Project timelines for execution of the Communication Strategy: o Review of workgroup & employee readiness assessments (highlights current & future job roles, readiness level, training gaps, tasks/actions required to mitigate issues and prepare staff for the changes) o Review business processes & policies changes (coordinate with Change Leads) - employees understand how they will perform their job duties given county-wide and departmental business processes, policies and procedures o Employee acceptance & support ? Writes and executes through Change Manager, countywide and departmental employee outreach activities ? Writes and executes through Change Manager all Project Team, Functional Leads, and Executive Sponsor communications o Training & support ? Facilitate communications with the Project Coordinator and Change Manager about the training plan(s) Timeline: The following table shows the timeline for the ERP program efforts.
