Responsibilities: • Execute, manage, and monitor readiness strategies and activities in Organizational Change Management, Communication, and Training Plans • Provide regular reporting to the Change Manager on the overall readiness of assigned department staff, key activities and issues • Lead the execution of the Communication Plan and Drive Employee Engagement on project for specific area assigned • Work with departmental Liaisons and staff to track and monitor department readiness including: o Workgroup & employee readiness assessments (highlights current & future job roles, readiness level, training gaps, tasks/actions required to mitigate issues and prepare staff for the changes) o Business processes & policies changes (coordinate with team module leads) - employees understand how they will perform their job duties given county-wide and departmental business processes, policies and procedures o Employee acceptance & support ? Coordinates countywide and departmental employee outreach activities ? Works with teams to monitor, report and respond to employee concerns, points of risk or resistance, and corresponding mitigating actions ? Monitors and escalates issues that may require one-on-one meetings with employees, “soft skills” workshops o Training & support ? Facilitate communications and training plans with the Change Manager and project coordinator on the execution of the training plan. ? Ensures employees have learning paths/ attend the appropriate training workshops and activities Timeline: The following table shows the timeline for the ERP program efforts. PHASE TIMELINE ACTIVITIES INVOLVEMENT LEVEL PHASE 4 - IMPLEMENTATION MARCH 2018 - 2020 IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEM FOR FINANCE & HR CORE AND BENEFITS HIGH Phase Descriptions: PHASE 4 – IMPLEMENTATION The purpose of this phase is to implement the selected software from the Milwaukee County Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This will include the following activities: • Design and implement the necessary work flows for the new software • Educate and train staff on the new business work flows and software • Model software to support the activities of Milwaukee County • Implement software (based on software selected ) o Design o Develop o Test functionality • Educate departments on new business work flows and approach • Be positive and effective change agents for the new software at Milwaukee County QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors in Organization Development or Communications or similar degree • 10+ Years of Experience including o Minimum of 10 years in Change Management or Organizational Development specific to leading change efforts o Minimum of 5 years of Government (preferred) o Minimum of 5 years with an ERP project or like-sized project • Change Management certification required (preferably PROSCI). • Strong problem solving, relationship building, & negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and be to adapt to changing priorities • Proven ability to understand busines   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
