Candidates must have a proven history of successful project management in leading complex data center migrations. Leadership skills and excellent communication skills are a requirement. The position requires the ability to collect requirements from the client, organize the project teams, develop the plans, skillfully implement the plans, and closeout the project according to key success factors and data center industry specific best practices. Required Skills: „« PMP Certification „« Migration experience with emphasis on technology infrastructure components including production operations, network, SAN, servers, security, structured wiring and cabling management including copper, fiber, etc. „« Technology and application migration discovery, design and execution. „« Strong organizational and coordination skills. „« Effective communication skills with executive, technical and contractor / subcontractor levels. „« Ability to control scope and mitigate risks, from all stakeholder-perspective „« Ten plus years of experience managing Data Center migration projects. „« Ability to prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the customer to develop the implementation plans. „« Works closely with the customer to define project deliverables and schedules.
