Software : HiCommand & CCI. HDS Certification. Exposure to OS and Databases. Expertise in trouble shooting ( IO profiling, performance fine tuning, etc. ) and implementing best practices. Experience in sizing and responding to RFPs. Experience in Storage audits. Experience in designing and architecting solutions. Mid range enterprise & Modular storage architecture. Deep Understanding of storage hardware. Deep Understanding of Thin provisioning & Thick provisioning. Operational knowledge of HDP & HDT. V-Vol creation & mapping to hosts. Analysing performance related issue and identfying bottlenecks. Generating & analysing performance reports from Hitachi Tuning manager. Configuring and managing True copy and or HUR replication. Understanding of FCIP configuration. Configuring and managing zoning in SAN switch. Operational knowledge of Cisco and or Brocade switches.
