Improvement of data quality will facilitate legacy data migration from the 29 state agencies currently using CPPS to the new payroll platform. The critical challenge at hand is ensuring the accuracy of this data during migration to prevent disruptions in payroll processing. A team is being sought that will assist in the process of improving on the legacy data quality by doing the following: Work with the core Payroll Modernization team to develop a repeatable CPPS data quality resolution process, templates, reports, and training materials To pilot the developed CPPS data quality resolution process, templates, reports and training materials with one pilot agency. Incorporate feedback and experiences from the pilot agency and create a reusable package of processes, templates, reports, and training materials use at other state agencies This approach aims to: Streamline the migration process Minimize data discrepancies Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition to the new Payroll System Cultivate trust and relationship between DPA and state agencies Anticipated duration of the pilot engagement is 6 weeks and will entail the following activities: Development and documentation of repeatable data quality resolution process Execution and refinement of developed process with pilot agency Creation of reusable data quality WHY STORY to educate pilot agency on the value of data quality Creation of all templates and user guides required for success Final presentation and report to DPA & OIT of the following: Overview of pilot agencys Completed CPPS Data Quality Resolution Report Overview of developed and documented data quality resolution process Estimated time/resource/cost per agency for statewide CPPS Data Quality Resolution as well as discovered risks   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
