This Scope of Work document outlines the tasks that are currently done by CEN and DAS/BEST staff. Due to the volume of work and to the mandatory timeframe for completion, additional staffing is needed for successful completion of this project. The tasks listed below are the largest portion of the tasks but there will be additional project related tasks as well. Required Skills(Project coordinator): • Participate in appropriate meetings to discuss initial request and expectations. • Assist with tasks related to address connection points, fiber mapping, etc, for accurate quoting purposes • Track status of connection process and document accordingly in Nutmeg Network database and municipality project documents • Provide reporting updates to senior level management • Provide detailed meeting summaries or minutes documents for all related meetings • Follow work intake processes and ensure processes are followed within the anticipated time frames. • Assist with outreach and communication to connecting towns • Responsible for updating communication materials related to projects including updating website information and social media updates.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
