Complete Description: This selected candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting infrastructure (hardware and data capture) for the clients systems. Clients systems are InfraRed (IR) based fare collection systems that are to be updated/collected in batch on a daily/nightly basis. A qualified candidate is expected to have experience working with vendors to resolve issues and support any range of proprietary applications. This candidate will be responsible for learning the existing system and infrastructure and working with the vendor for future updates and expansion to the system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with proprietary hardware, database and the network infrastructure related to these types of systems. This is a network, hardware and proprietary system that requires a candidate that has the ability to think independently and problem solve IT systems (hardware/software) outside of a structured environment. Required Skills: * Information Technology experience to include Software/Hardware Integration support.
