QA Tester will work in conjunction with the Business Analysis and Development teams to ensure that applications meet requirements and are of high quality. Reviews Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met. Executes test scripts and documents defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results. Design test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations. Creates detailed test cases and scripts, works with Business Analyst to determine requirements are captured correctly. Works with development team to analyze and resolve defects. Has moderate interaction with internal customers. Responsibilites: Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Designing a tailored design in order to meet a specific client request. Programming - writing original programs using computer code that is intended for use on a wide scale basis. Writing test scripts used in troubleshooting problems would generally not be considered programming unless the script is intended to be used as a script for use on a repetitive basis for troubleshooting (i.e. when other users call, the test script is used for the purposes of troubleshooting their issue). Requirements: Experience with IVR testing and/or Dialer and OnQ. Relevant IT/quality assurance work experience Hands on software testing experience Knowledge of Quality Center, MS Office Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle; specifically QA process and test methodologies Excellent Project Coordination and Project tracking skills Experience in collaborating within an Onshore/Offshore model preferred Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Strong time management skills & ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliverables Excellent verbal and written skills; capable in communicating effectively on both a technical and business/operational level Attention to detail Ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise concerns and seek resolution to outstanding questions of test case identification Excellent work ethic Experience working across lines of businesses; multiple cross function teams in remote locations preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
