Submission Deadline: 4/20/2020 4:00 PM EST Start Date: 7/1/2020 End Date: 6/30/2021 Client: Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Description: Intent The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (“APD”, “Agency”) is seeking to procure Report Analyst (“Candidate”) Staff Augmentation services under the State of Florida IT Staff Augmentation Services Contract #80101507-SA-15-01 to provide Software as a Service (SaaS) product reports and support services. This request is subject to the terms, conditions and specifications included in the referenced term contract. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Report Analyst will be required to gather and assess business reporting needs and prepare reports specifications. This individual will work closely with the APD business units and performs analyses, development and evaluation of data reports in a data warehouse environment. The Report Analyst uses data mining and data analysis tools; and, interacts with user community to produce reporting requirements. Will be the subject matter expert to design, modify, and generate canned and ad-hoc data-reports. Provides technical consulting to users of the various data reports and advises users on conflicts and inappropriate report usage. The Report Analyst will work closely with the agency project team (IT and business units) and vendor project-delivery team to define, document, and implement the reports needed according to APDs specific needs. The selected candidate will coordinate the related change management process with all the internal agency and external stakeholders. The APD iConnect project is a highly cross-matrixed and medium to high complexity client data management system (CDMS) project. The Candidate will need to work across IT and the multiple business teams to accomplish project objectives and help deliver the project on time and within budget. This is a full time staff augmentation effort, which will require one (1) Report Analyst from July 2020 through June 2021. The resulting contract may be renewed for up to an additional two (2) years, in increments not exceeding one (1) year each, under the terms of DMS State Contract #801015 07-SA-15-01 including any renewals or its successor. The vendor shall submit only one (1) candidate for this position. Candidate information must be submitted as a complete package (including all required documents). The candidate selected shall work on-site at APD in Tallahassee, Florida, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, or as approved by the Agency, and adhere to the published state holiday schedule. Requests for time off or schedule variance must be approved by the Agency. The Agency is seeking one (1) Report Analyst who meets all of the following “Minimum Qualifications”. Qualifications must be clearly stated on the candidates resume and verifiable via reference checks. Knowledge and proficiencies claimed by the candidate must be clearly indicated on actual work experiences listed in the resume. A. Minimum Qualifications 1. Academic i. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field. 2. Skills and Abilities i. Must have extensive Report Development skills with experience in standard reporting tools (SSRS / SPSS / Crystal Reports / Access / Excel). ii. Must be skilled in Database Developer Tools (SQL Management Studio / TOAD / Access). iii. Must possess SQL Query Writing and Execution skills. iv. Must have Web Form Development (HTML / ASP.NET / Java / PHP) skills. v. Must have thorough understanding of Relational Database Design and Development (SQL Server / Oracle). vi.
