Description :

This SOR defines the services required by Authorized User in support of the Project/Service.

The scope of services to support the deployment of the OpenText Intelligent Capture solutions for tax form processing includes the following:

Phase I - Planning and Analysis:
Perform the following activities to initiate the project:
• Update the existing dev/test OpenText environment with Intelligent Capture w+ Advanced Recognition
• Install the Captiva STModules in DORs OpenText dev/test environment including:
o STPageReq
o STSmart OCR
o DIAStatPro
• Provide OpenText and Stellaris product installation support in the existing production environment including review and validation settings

Phase II – Configuration and Testing:
Perform the following activities to configure OpenText and iteratively test the solution:
• Configure the following 2019 tax forms in OpenText development environment
Individual Income Tax Returns:
o Form 500 (5 pages)
o Form 500EZ (3 pages)
o Form 500X (5 pages)
o Form IND-CR (9 pages)
o Schedules 1 – 3 (5 pages)
Fiduciary Tax Returns:
o Form 501 (3 pages)
o Form 501X (3 pages)
Corp and Partnership Returns:
o Form 600 (4 pages)
o Form 600S (3 pages)
o Form 700 (7 pages)
• Test 2019 forms (based on selected criteria) including reviewing processing accuracy and adjusting configuration as needed
• Test remaining 2019 forms, review processing accuracy and adjust configuration as needed
• Adjust configuration to accommodate 2020 form changes
• Conduct end to end testing of 2020 forms (including migration of data to Integrated Tax System staging environment)
• Refine OpenText configuration as needed to increase data capture accuracy

Phase III: Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support

Support the DOR in migrating the OpenText and Stellaris products configuration into the production environment by providing configuration and troubleshooting assistance for 60 days post go-live.
