This request includes the ongoing support, reporting and enhancements for departments, as well as continuing the effort clean up the legacy data. Development of complex testing scripts and complete knowledge of interdependent functions and processes. Extensive Domain and Subject Matter Expertise with Criminal Records, MetaMorpho, Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement Systems that include Sex Offender Registry, Statewide Traffic Accident Reporting, Training, Charge Code, Agency/ORI, and DWI Tracking is required. Changes and enhancements to current applications require complex and interdependent testing scripts that require extensive criminal records background and familiarity. At minimum 20 years expertise with the following Software: Advantage GEN, COBOL, DB2 and JCL. At minimum 12 years expertise with the following Software: MQ Series, XML, FOCUS Reporting, AFIS, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word software. An additional need is for continuing the data cleansing of the legacy data in preparation for conversion into the new data structures. This effort requires both knowledge of legacy business rules as well as the new system business rules. Provide domain expertise for new system business rule development. Knowledge of current system, future system and Missouri Statute requirements required. Support for the Advantage GEN Component Based Development Systems that are called upon by the primary MSHP applications to validate permitted values, perform common validation routines, support the application security, handle errors, and accumulate statistics. All work must be performed on-site. The MSHP core hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
