DFI currently does not have an avenue to obtain consistent reports. The North Dakota Department of Office Management and Budget (OMB) currently has a State contract with Moodys Analytics for Economic Consulting Services and reports that the DFI can readily use with very little changes. The number of reports DFI requires is very minimal and does not reach a substantial amount of money; therefore, it would not be in the best interest of the State to solicit for approximately $2,000 a year worth of reports. Response Instructions: The response must be in writing and include a description of the commodity or service being offered as an equivalent and the competitive price information. A response can be submitted by in person, by mail, email or fax. Any responses received by the response deadline will be evaluated and State will issue a written notice of intent to award to bidders who submitted a response.
