Telehealth care delivery is not being considered as an option for this solicitation. Such personnel shall provide clinical and behavioral health medical services (and other services agreed upon) in accordance with accepted practices and procedures, and all applicable state and federal laws, standards of care, and applicable STATE rules, policies, and protocols. STATE, in its sole discretion, may refute the services of any assigned personnel should STATE have a reasonable, good faith basis for doing so. A. Successful offeror may recruit multiple professionals to fill the need. B. STATE will negotiate specific process and timeline for notifying successful offeror of needs, candidate review, and scheduling with the successful offeror. • STATE reserves the right to interview individuals prior to placement with STATE. If this occurs, the successful offeror shall arrange for and be responsible for all such interviews, arrangements, and expenses. • The successful offeror shall supply STATE with the following upon request. Such information shall be available for review by STATE and shall contain the following: A. Completed job application, including all formal education, clinical training, degree obtained, and specialty training certification. B. Three professional references, one of which is from a previous training director, clinical supervisor, human resources specialist, or clinic manager. C. Documentation of training degree and licensure as required by STATE. D. Verification of current licensure in the state of North Dakota and such license being unrestricted and in good standing. E. Evidence of immunizations and most recent drug screen. F. Drivers license and social security card. G. I-9 or other documentation allowing employment within the United States. H. Source documents for internship or residency requirements. I. Applicable accreditation documents as requested. • The successful offeror shall match the skills and experience levels of such personnel to the specific needs of STATE. • STATE will conduct background checks at STATEs expense. If the candidate does not pass said background check, the successful offeror will be required to provide another candidate and reimburse STATE for expenses. • The successful offeror shall not solicit, employ, or otherwise interfere with STATEs continued employment of state employees during this term. • STATE intends to enter into contract for previously-noted services and compensate for those services on a monthly basis. Billings should be pro-rated for days less than 8 hours. • Housing and travel reimbursement are not compensated or reimbursed by STATE. • STATE is looking to place at least one psychiatrist at the time of entering into contract with the successful offeror. Additional slots may be filled based on demand. • Typical provider hours are M-F, 8-5, with rotating call hours. Call covers weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Candidates placed will not be expected to supervise other team members. • If provider wishes or needs to work additional hours to complete assignment, this must be factored into the fixed hourly rate paid to successful offeror by STATE. STATE will not pay overtime for hours worked over 40 in one workweek. • STATE defines workweek as Sunday 12:01 AM through Saturday at 11:59 PM. • STATE intends to enter into contract with one vendor as a result of this procurement.
