Description :

Client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst for a contract position with one of our leading clients in Berkley Heights, NJ.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work on a large, complex initiative in the Personal Lines/Property Casualty insurance industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-The candidate should have 6 years of BA/industry experience
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Possess the ability to lead meetings and interact with senior executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-The job will entail creating, defining and documenting systems requirements, analyzing functional problems, performing gap analysis and determining techniques and requirements most feasible for implementing solutions.
-The candidate will also need to create Use Cases, execute test plans and lead User Acceptance efforts.
-Must be able to work independently and collaboratively and should have experience in all phases of software development lifecycle.
-Excellent communication skills are a must.
