System shall allow “functional” users, or back end operators, to reserve or block our times as they see fit. e. System shall allow “functional” users, or back end operators, to edit and update reservations made by guests. f. Users shall have the ability to create a “profile” utilizing a username and password for repeated visits. If credit card information is stored, it must be stored off-site at a PCI Certified facility. g. A camping module shall be included that will primarily be used at the Cleveland Metroparks Polo Fields in South Chagrin. Users shall have the ability to choose their campsite and reserve online. 1. Previous experience with similar projects, knowledge and record of performance. 2. Ability to maintain good working relationships. System shall provide general reporting options as well as custom report builder. b. All system data shall be capable of being exported to a CSV file. c. System shall provide automated, scheduled data reporting, or direct access to system data via views or similar techniques. i.
