Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Education, Special Education, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role within the education sector. · Familiarity with Tennessee special education practices. · Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture. · Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. · Understanding of educational platforms and data management systems is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: · Ability to set and communicate high expectations, to delegate tasks effectively, and to motivate and develop others in a manner that maximizes productivity and morale. · Oversee day-to-day help desk operations, ensuring timely and tailored support. · Prioritize and escalate issues related to special populations appropriately. · Monitor and analyze support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. · Lead and inspire a help desk team focused on providing inclusive support. · Foster a culture of empathy and understanding for the needs of special populations. · Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members awareness and skills related to special education processes and TN PULSE. · Collaborate with educators, special education professionals, and accessibility experts to understand the unique requirements of special populations processes. · Develop and implement support strategies to address the specific needs of end users. · Ensure that the help desk team is equipped to assist users with a range of abilities and requirements. · Advocate for and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform. · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. · Act as a liaison between the help desk team and other departments to ensure alignment with the platforms goals.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
