Serves as Technical Writer for the Texas Department of Public Safety - Enterprise Case Management (ECM) Project. The Technical Writer is responsible for the timely creation, updates, and delivery of policy, process and standard operating procedure that will effectively support the project stakeholders, business processes, and ECM project deliverables. Will work extensively with law enforcement personnel to understand current policy and procedures, develop/propose updates, and document, gain acceptance, and publish documentation. May work with disparate systems, business processes, and divisions to consolidate, simplify, and streamline documentation that supports the transition from the legacy disparate systems into one unified system.
