Enterprise Services intends to establish and award a contract for a hosted Risk Management Information System (RMIS) with an anticipated contract term of ten (10) years. Enterprise Services is seeking a contractor to implement and maintain a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution within a software as a service (SaaS) hosted environment to meet the following ORM business objectives: • Using RMIS system tools, identify patterns and trends in claims data; • Decrease staff time and effort currently required to process events, incidents, and claims; • Successfully manage identified records for preservation; • Improve operational efficiency related to managing the Washington State Self-Insurance Program and commercial insurance; and • Reduce operational cost and risk by increased automation. The new RMIS must allow for the following user access: • 2 System Administrators; • 28 ORM users to read/write access to the system, subject to permissions; • 5 ORM users to develop adhoc reports; • 266 Customer Agency Risk Managers and Staff to access their agencies data only (e.g. claims, loss prevention, risk registers, insurance schedules, etc); o Each agency has 1-2 staff who can create notepad entries, send emails and upload documents to their agency specific records.
