Submission Deadline: 10/2/2019 5:00 p.m. Start Date: 10/14/2019 End Date: 3/13/2020 Client: San Mateo County Description: ISD is looking for a resource to provide the following : Project Management • Project Management Services to include meeting management, status reports, meetings, project plan • Project Coordination and Sub-contractor management • Provide and manage project plan • Project assessment Demo Scope • Inventory and document racks, stanchions, ladder and fiber paths (use provided as-built to verify) • Coordinate with other vendors removal or relocation of equipment (e.g. JCI Security) • Reduce fence to accommodate remaining racks, data circuits and remain and remove unneeded fencing • Remove remaining inter-rack cabling and secure/demolish exterior cable runs • Relocate/Extend Roof 4” duct and assist with re-routing antenna and fiber cabling to remaining rack. • Remaining rack configuration needs to remain on-line throughout decommission process, downtimes if required must be defined, and scheduled for minimum disruption to the remaining tenants. • Return power infrastructure move in condition, except for the remaining row which will utilize the current power configuration. • Disconnect & remove conductor, conduit electrical back to PDUs, remove grounding system connections. • Remove StarLine Buss system and individual circuit blocks and package for Storage • Disassemble ladder rails, fiber paths and stanchions, package for Storage on Pallets • Disassemble 4 post racks for storage on Pallets • Disassemble Cabinets, and package for storage on pallets • Document each pallet/Box for reassembly purposes • Remove any floor bolts • Provide complete inventory of packaged items • Disposal of unneeded Data Center equipment • Relocate fiber needed for the Radio Shop to the remaining racks • Move 6 Fujitsu/Commvault Servers to ROC (1 mile away) • Move 12 Nutanix nodes to ROC (1 mile away) • Move 4 Nutanix nodes to Harbor (4 mile away • Move 4 Nutanix nodes to SMMC (7 miles away General Clarifications & Exclusions • Work to be performed during normal business hours • Bill by Milestones • Proposal with milestone payments desired.
