SUMMARY: The Program Manager will play a central role in managing operations and projects related to vendored health and wellness programs. This position provides the unique opportunity to be involved with strategic departments across the organization and to be responsible for vital aspects of vendor relationships and contract management. As the lead for on-site wellness, the program manager will be responsible for execution and delivery of a suite of integrated and comprehensive programs. This includes relationship management, program launch and operations, client engagement , reporting and continuous quality improvement. In addition this individual will be a key team member in the Center for Health & Wellness department in Health Care Services. The Center for Health & Wellness team is responsible for oversight of wellness and clinical programs administered by vendors including biometric screenings, on-site wellness, online resources, high risk case management, disease management, health coaching, clinical messaging and 24/7 nurse support.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
