The Multi-Channel Lead Management solution is focused on optimizing leads to the sales channels through two primary vehicles: Multi-Channel Lead Management (managing leads with a focus on the customer and shareholder value) and Channel Targeting. This position will entail partnering with multiple product groups, a marketing operations team, the Enterprise Business Services team and others within the Community Bank to develop an enterprise, multi-channel leads solution. Acting as a liaison between client areas and the technical organization, this individual will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of highly complex business problems requiring automated solutions.
