These enhancements will be completed in an agile methodology. Each release will be managed as agile sprint of 7 weeks. All items will be tracked through the Client ITSM Governance committee. Requirements to be included in each release must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the bringing of the development period or nine weeks prior to the release date, whichever is greater Where tasks are determined to be too complex or large for our rating system they will be divided into sub-tasks as necessary. I In additional to project and ongoing support each release will consist of four (4) primary elements: Integration, Infrastructure, Process/Application and Agency Deployment. For each area the following limits will be applied: Integration – Each release will support up to a total of 5 integrations with a planned total impact score of 8. Infrastructure – Each release will support continued support of the existing infrastructure as part of the overall deliverables with the support of one enhancement with an impact score of 2 to the project infrastructure. Process/Application – Support for processes and application enhancements are a total impact score of 6 with 2 impact score units reserved for application enhancements as determined by the Ecosystem Governance team. Total effort for each release is planned to be approximately 700 hours. This assumes Architect support onsite one week a month, PM support throughout the release and infrastructure support as needed. This baseline support is estimated to be 30 hours per week for a total release impact of 210 hours. The remaining 490 hours roughly divide into 90 hours to support each agency deployment and each impact of the remaining impact units of 20 hours (380 hours total), with one impact unit reserved for missed estimation or last minute requirements that may need to be met.
