Technical trainer will be provided with materials for Colorados Long Term Services and Supports assessment training. Technical trainer must utilize their own computer and have an active zoom account and PowerPoint access. Preferred qualifications: Two years experience with training adult learners with a broad range of skills and knowledge. Direct experience and knowledge of Colorados Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs. Experience with soft skills training (e.g. Effective Interviewing, Person Centered Support Practices and Conflict Resolution.) Responsibilities: Technical trainer will be responsible for hosting multiple sessions for each of the four developed VILT training topics. Each VILT shall host at least 35-50 participants per session with approximately 1,400 participants being trained over the duration of the training project. Each VILT will cover all required content and each VILT shall last at least 2 hours, but shall not exceed 4 hours. Technical trainers shall develop and retain knowledge of the VILT material to answer questions throughout the training. Technical trainers shall provide technical assistance to case managers on utilizing virtual and web-based training platforms. Prior to performing a VILT, the technical trainer(s) will: Review all of the WBT and VILT materials. Perform facilitation practice. Familiarize themselves with the virtual platform.
