Essential Job Responsibilities: Independently, or with support from on-shore team: • Initiate project with consulting team • Validate design approach • Respond to project related questions from the off-shore team • Facilitate the exchange of information and feedback between off-shore and on-shore teams • Facilitate gathering of any needed additional information from client; relay to team • Review test plans • Review test results • Review product documentation for acceptability, modify as needed • Facilitate project closure • Keep management informed as to status of effort and relationship, successes and negative trends. In addition, this role may occasionally involve the management and coordination of projects handled by other Development teams associated with Custom Solutions. Required Qualifications: Job Related Experience: • Prior software development management in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is required. • Prior experience working with / coordinating the work of off-shore teams is preferred. • Prior experience working with or developing banking software applications preferred. • Must be able to coordinate multiple (10 to 15) projects with competing priorities simultaneously. • Must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences regarding technical and business application topics, in verbal and written form. • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with software development team members for whom English is not the first / primary language.
