Equipment The Contractor shall provide the workstation used by the Consultant(s), including any required monitors and peripherals. The computer must, at a minimum, meet the following requirements: 6.4.1. Must be compatible with Windows 10. 6.4.2. Must have at least 16 GB RAM and a quad-core Intel CPU. 6.4.3. Must have an internal hard drive of at least five hundred (500) GB (SSD preferred) that supports OPEL encryption. 6.4.4. Must support simultaneous dual HD monitors and be supplied with a dual HD monitor configuration. 6.4.5. Must support TPM 1.2 or greater. 6.4.6. The BIOS must be unlocked. 6.4.7. All personal data must be removed from the computer in advance, as the machine will be formatted and re-imaged per Department standards. 6.4.8. Must be provided to the Department at least three (3) days in advance of the Consultant(s) reporting for work, with the matching power supply. 6.4.9. Must be returned to the Department at the end of the PO term to be formatted of all data and applications. Note: System will not be restored to its prior state. Contractor is responsible for reloading operating systems and applications previously on the machine. 6.4.10.
