Job Responsibilities ? Build/validate test plans for client project initiatives ? Manage the stating and setup plans as well as testing scheduling ? Create data for test scenarios ? Provide subject matter expertise to the UAT and production teams on PEP+ products. ? Provide user operations training. ? Support operations teams with data research and cleanup efforts. ? Assist in performing on-site client work on moderately complex applications. ? Assist in project planning activities as the related to system implementations and/or upgrades. ? All other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Experience Required Must possess 7 – 10 years hands on experience working with CheckFree PEP+ in a business operations or business analyst capacity. Skills and Knowledge Required • Strong working knowledge of the PEP+ application, with detailed understanding of NACHA rules and regulations. • Good skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation. • Aware of business issues as they may impact overall project plans. • Strong communications and customer service skills. • Results oriented. • Familiarity with PCs and various software applications (Microsoft Exchange, Office, etc.) • Working Conditions Up to 50% travel may be required at times.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
